BANS MALISH is the Bamboo Massage method according to AIMA Ayurveda, an innovative technique that combines the principles of Ayurveda with the use of bamboo canes of different sizes. This treatment promotes deep relaxation, stimulation of blood and lymphatic circulation, as well as releasing muscle tension and improving skin elasticity. Bamboo, a symbol of strength and flexibility in Eastern culture, is used to perform fluid and rhythmic movements, adapting perfectly to the needs of the body. The AIMA Ayurveda method integrates specific Ayurvedic oils to rebalance the Doshas (Vata, Pitta, Kapha), making the massage a personalized and regenerating experience.

The course will take place over a weekend between Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd March at our AIMA Ayurveda headquarters in Milan located in via Teocrito 50, area MM1 red line Gorla and Viale Monza, hours 10-18 with lunch break on Saturday and 9.30 - 13.00 on Sunday.
