In Eastern culture, Bamboo represents eternal youth, a symbol of health, luck and success, as well as being considered a natural antidote to stress. The plant is rich in silicon, a substance that promotes the production of collagen by strengthening the deep tissue of the skin. A technique widely used in Thailand, now widespread in the West. The ancient Chinese claimed that bamboo canes were able to circulate energy within them, therefore used on the body to absorb excess energy and restore the energy balance of an individual's body. Today, bamboo canes in the West are used as wellness rituals for the mind but also for massages capable of releasing muscle tension. It is a vigorous massage, with strong biostimulating and reactivating characteristics, particularly suitable for the large muscle groups of the buttocks, thighs and waistline.

The Bamboo Massage is an ideal massage for both men (especially athletes) and women, excellent in the presence of cellulite, both edematous and fibrotic, because the draining and reactivating characteristics are enhanced. The operator maneuvers the canes with manual skills based essentially on a wrist game with a specific technique of "rolled shots" (rolling and sliding).

With the specialization course in Bamboo Massage you are able to apply a technique that allows a very powerful physical release, so as to integrate this method in decontracting and aesthetic treatments, so as to create an original and personalized protocol. The particular structure makes this course extremely educational and practical for all operators in the sector who have attended at least one course in Basic Swedish Massage. The training lasts 2 days.

At the end of the course, an Amrita OM training certificate will be issued.

The course will be held at the AMRITA OM holistic center in Casamassima (BA)
