Right of withdrawal pursuant to articles. 52 et seq. of the Consumer Code

Pursuant to art. 52 of the legislative decree 6 September 2005 n. 206 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty and without having to provide any reason, within fourteen (14) days from the day on which you received the products purchased on the site. Pursuant to art. 54 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal can be exercised using, at choice, one of the following methods: i) use the return request via email (compliant with the standard form pursuant to art. 49, paragraph 4 of the Consumer Code Consumption) to be completed in full in all its fields; ii) sending the Seller another explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract, without prejudice, in such cases, that the burden of proving the correct and timely exercise of the right of withdrawal will remain with you.
The products to be returned must be delivered to the courier within fourteen (14) days from the date on which you communicated to the Seller your decision to withdraw from the contract.
The products can be returned by sending the package via the courier who made the delivery or via another courier.
Pursuant to art. 59 of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal is excluded if you have purchased tailor-made or personalized products.
I. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code

The right of withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:

within fourteen (14) days of receiving the products, you must either send an explicit declaration of your decision to withdraw from the contract via email to bamboocolic@gmail.com, also by registered letter to the address

– The products must not have been used, washed or damaged;
– The identification tag must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal.

If you have respected the required conditions, pursuant to art. 56 of the Consumer Code Bamboocolic will fully refund the price of the products purchased, with only the return costs being your responsibility.

If the return cannot be made, you will be contacted.

Reimbursement times and methods

In accordance with the art. 56, paragraph III of the Consumer Code, only after Bamboocolic has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been respected, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return and Bamboocolic will proceed with the full refund.

The actual time for crediting or returning the sums paid by you for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used.

Conditions for exchanging products

In some specific cases, as an alternative to exercising the right of withdrawal, you will have the possibility to exchange the products purchased with others, rather than obtaining a refund of the relevant price.

If the bamboo cracks within 6 months of purchasing the massage kit, Bamboocolic will send the piece to be replaced free of charge by sending a photo of the damaged piece.

For products resold by third-party companies we refer to their refund and return policies.

If the price of the product purchased is lower or higher than the price of the product selected for the exchange, you will be given a refund and/or charge for the difference.

These Conditions for the exercise of the right of withdrawal, forming an integral part of the General Conditions of Sale, are governed by Italian law and in particular by the Consumer Code, Chapter I "Consumer rights in contracts".
