Bamboo Massage course

Course Duration:
8 hours (1 day) from 9.00 to 18.00 (lunch break of approximately 1 hour).
The course is open to everyone but is particularly recommended for:
- Beauticians, for its draining, toning and anti-cellulite effect.
- Holistic and wellness operators: the treatment is a real antidote against stress.
- Sports masseurs because it helps in the presence of muscle tension and contractures and fascial adhesions.
The course allows you to acquire all the theoretical and practical skills to best use this technique. Bamboo massage can be performed on localized parts or on the entire body, even in combination with other types of treatment.
Course program: Historical and cultural aspects of bamboo massage – Actions and effects of massage – Contraindications to treatment – Care and maintenance of bamboo canes after treatment – Work protocol in prone and supine positions – Exercises between participants.
The course can also be organized individually by agreeing the date with the teacher.
Availability to organize the course at home, at beauty schools, wellness centers and other interested structures.
